Horn Concert in celebration of St. Hubert’s Feast Day
	On November 6, we hosted a very rewarding St. Hubert’s Horn Concert. Over 100 attendees enjoyed a splendid French horn concert in the sanctuary, presented by the University of Virginia Horn Ensemble, under the direction of Susan Fritts. Following the concert, our guests were treated to a festive reception in Zion’s historic Adlersaal catered by Old World Catering. The event also featured the well-known Jägermeister liqueur, as it related to the legend of St. Hubert, the patron saint of hunters and animals, and his inspiration by a white stag with a shining cross between its antlers. This concert event was well-received by all who attended and raised $2600 for the Zion Church Organ Restoration Fund.
