CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

Remember that Luther instructed that the twin pillars of the church are worship and Christian Education--as members of the congregation we are called to be life-long learners when it comes to our faith journey.

TTHE ADULT FORUM

The Adult Forum continues to meet in the Sunday School Room each Sunday morning between 10:15 and 11:05.  The group that is facilitated by Bonnie Brobst and Dr. Eric Gritsch is discussing CHRISTIANITY & ISLAM.  This course of study is attempting to provide participants with a better understanding of these two major world religions, which along with Judaism, worship the one God.

Please join us for stimulating discussions.  Light refreshments are provided.

NURSERY
If you are interested in volunteering to be in the Nursery during either the German or English worship services please contact Leanne Stack-Martin or Bonnie Brobst. A rotating schedule will be developed. Thanks to a sound system the volunteer will be able to hear the entire worship service.

SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN
If there is interest, classes will be provided for children from preschool age to confirmation age.  Devoted teachers are ready to meet with the children in the Sunday School Room for Bible study and crafts, but they must be assured that there will be children each Sunday.  Leanne Stack-Martin will being enrolling children at the German Language school and after worship services in late September.  If anyone is interested in becoming a teacher for the Children's Sunday School please contact Bonnie Brobst.
